For over 21 years we have been providing outreach housing and case management support to our community. Formerly Erie's North Shore Support Services, in spring 2008 we joined the largest national network of mental health support agencies and became the local branch for the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA). We are proud to continue the tradition of providing quality, client-centred outreach services.
