Crisis Stabilization Bed Program

The Crisis Stabilization Bed service is intended to assist individuals to remain in their community and divert unnecessary hospitalizations.

  • a brief reprieve in a safe and secure environment
  • staffed 24/7 by Housing Support Workers
  • accessible to men or women 16 years of age and older who have been assessed as medically stable and not a safety risk to themselves or others
  • available for a maximum 3-5 day accommodation
  • in partnership with CAST (Crisis Assessment and Support Team) program of Haldimand and Norfolk

Intakes will be assessed Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm.

  • Scheduled on-site nursing services
