Mental Health Promotion & Education is provided to increase awareness and understanding of mental health and mental illness, to reduce stigma and enhance the lives of community members in Haldimand and Norfolk.
There are several activities - you can join one, or join them all!
Relaxation Group
Walking Group
Healthy Lifestyle Program - an 8 week course that's sure to motivate you to a healthier lifestyle!
There is no charge to be involved with the Relaxation Group and the Healthy Lifestyle Program. During winter months, there may be a minimal charge ($1 per visit) to cover the cost of an indoor facility for the Walking Group
Next 8 week Healthy Communities Program to start in September.
Register with the 'Healthy You! Healthy Community!' program, and have your personal walking count towards the walk across Canada!It's free - and it's HEALTHY!
